@Ignatius262 what is your app version? I can’t see any problem on my side.
Try to re-import your wallet and try again: How to Re-Import your Wallet

Hi. I was entering the wallet with biometrics. I came to turn on the two options. I went to 6 words. I forgot. I hit the wallet a lot.

Try update your app bro. And ensure that you have enough balance to cover the fee too.

Hi
I have 12 words that were given to me when I installed the wallet. Then I have a few other 12 words that I do not know for which token. Is it possible to prove that the address belongs to me by following the transfer of the token to the wallet?

Unauthorized transaction from my trust wallet.

Dear Sir/Madame,

i realized that an anauthorized transaction took place from my trust wallet 3 hours ago and as a result i lost all my funds around 3.600$.
First i got an amount of bnb in my wallet from an unknown person from this adress:
0x4de3ddca4478e86a2b7bcdf4b2f2ad87b2a3034a
with the Transaction hash: 0x0913ed80597c768cd019d913a75ca86ca082208bc8aad4d01d189ece2ae4fd62
and following my BETU token changed to bnb
to the contract: 0x0df1b3f30865c5b324797f8db9d339514cac4e94
with the Transaction hash: 0xe02ef23fb134b2e089ff3f1a6942a6a457f09a86261b81268ef0e120d26b804d
and they send to the following adress:
0xd58fadcefb7116bcdc230d1c3f7739b32d6f66d8
with the Transaction hash: 0xec9af8ee87bcc1c02f0b48ae118ae9a5a68d782171c582bc6507b5323ad1bbc4

I saw a thread from year 2020 reporting such incidents and your reply was that probably the wallet has been compromized. This is an unlikely explanation since i haven’t shown my key or the phrases to anybody and my mobile phone is always with me.

My app version is: 2.4
My adress is: 0x5173e66577e8eba8c498ae901068b36d36698ca1

Could you please help me making a research of the adresses?
Is there any way to contact somehow the owners of those adresses?
Is there the possibility to freeze their account?
I know that you are not able to cancel the transaction but is there any other way to find a solution to this really frustrating incident.

Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely.

Hello @pistolias87 Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
