I tried to transfer Earnx from Hotbit to trustwallet. It is a pretty new crypto but no one else is having the problem I’m having where I have created a custom token yet I can not see the tokens in the app, even though I have checked the BSC scan and it says the transaction is successful. Does anyone know what I can try?

I’m having the same problem was your issue resolved if so what did you do?
To anyone who might be having the same problem, I just reinstalled the app and remade the custom wallet and it was there.
