How to add ERC20 token to Trust Wallet

How do I add an ERC20 token to my trust wallet? I need to do this in order to get the address needed, to send these tokens to my account. (in my case, KUV tokens) Can you please list the steps, what to click on, where, etc.?

Simply use your ETH (ERC20) address so you can receive ERC20 tokens.
