Hello. I cannot find my coin, CARDANO ADA. I transferred to a new android, downloaded the trust app again. Imported my wallet several times and it still shows empty. Is there anything I can do? I do not have access to the old phone.

Were you trying to get the native one? Please be informed that the native Cardano (ADA) is not supported in the app. Only the BEP2 and BEP20 versions.

you most likely added one of the BEP20 versions. go turn those coins on and see.

The transaction you made is on Binance smart chain so you need to enable peg version of that asset. Search for ADA in the app and enable which has BEP20 underneath the name.
