I was entering the wrong phrase; once it was correct it imported properly. Make sure your contracts are up to date and verify wallet contents on blockchain explorer.

There is nothing we can do if you do not have the recovery keys for this wallet.

Please help me I have been having the same problem so yesterday I imported my wallet but it shows zero dollar
