I used pancake swap and amount not received

Hey, i used PancakeSwap but the amount doesn’t show in Trust wallet.

Hello @Sarsizzu your transaction was successfully completed but it seems your funds redirected to another address (0xccfb33941824ff1dc7e4f8abfdba93f40d7d3c27).

This usually occurs when you swap your tokens on phishing/fake DApps sites.

Can you tell us where did you find the link used during swapping? Send screenshot displaying the site with link visited visible.

Can you help me as well. I also used pancake swap. My transaction says it was successful but I don’t see the funds

@Sims this is not PancakeSwap swap transaction but transfer from this address bnb1jzqgnmgv3zl3cw0spjq3ggvdms345k8nw8t8uq to this address: bnb10749k3j3lk763s9amgfhtyf72pfggf22x7glc0

Also, this is Binance chain transaction (BEP2) asset thet means it is not done on PancakeSwap as it is not Binance chain protocol. PancakeSwap allows only swapping Smart Chain assets (BEP20).

@Sims I mean probably you sent wrong transaction hash, that is not smart chain transaction. If you have correct transaction information, send them here please.

@Helio1511 When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.

Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.

All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap

NB: Both token approval and swapping transactions needs gas fees.
