Insufficient BNB to cover the network fee

i have the same issue just with bnb transactions fee. i have 0.5 bnb and the fee is only 0.003bnb but i still cant transfer my ADA to binance

As ADA is a token from binance smart chain, you will need to have some BSC to cover network fees

i have a smart chain connection but ass U see it requires normal BNB in the transaction fee

Nope, you’re wrong. As I can see from your screenshot you don’t have any bsc in your wallet
Tokens from binance → use binance coin to pay fees
Tokens from binance smart chain-> use bsc to pay fees
Tokens from ethereum network-> use eth to pay fees

But when i sended it from binance to trust i just used normal bnb🤷‍♂️

Binance is centralized exchange because of that you didnt need to change your bnb from bep2 to bep20 .

Normal bnb addresses usually start with bnb1 not 0x
