On December 4th, I found out that I could see the balance on my trust wallet app. I sent a message to support because I had an issue earlier in the year and was contacted using an email. However, I got a automated response telling me that the email account was not monitored and was directed to read articles and if I can’t resolve my issue, create a ticket using the bot.
I read articles and was able to see my funds in the Blockchain. But I needed access to my money. I attempted to create a ticket many times with the Bot but I think it was trained to frustrated people out of their objective. I managed it FINALLY!
Got a response from support and asked to go through the same steps as I read in the article AGAIN. I did it, it didn’t work. The last resort, according to their email, was to send some screenshots of my app version etc. I did all that. That was last week Friday and I haven’t gotten a response till now.
I was able to log in to my chrome extension and I saw my ETH balance but not USDC.
I’ve been patient but one thing I’ve noticed is that the customer support is 0 and I’m trying to be as nice as possible when I say I’m done with Trust Wallet and would just like access to my funds so I won’t starve to death!
@SlowKeys Sorry you’ve had that issue, there’s mostly a lot of tickets the customer support gets which may delay response.
I can see on the explorer you have your USDC on the Arbitrum network which means you’d need to add your USDC manually on the Arbitrum network.
@SlowKeys Please beware of impersonators.
If you added the token manually and it’s not shown still, I’d advise you try switching your internet connection then reimport your wallet after.
