I used to transfer USDT from Trust Wallet to USDT wallet on Blockchain (bouth wallets are mine) and it looks that I lost the transaction. I used to make conversation with Blockchain staff and they inform me that mistake was done on my side and that there is an opportunity to recover funds of 2.200 USDT. Is there anyone who can help me with this?
Thank you,
Goran

- I try to send from my Trust wallet USDT to my Blockchain USDT wallet and I make mistake as I understand that Blockchain does not support BEP20, I get in contact with Blockchain and they give me instructions for recovery but I am not that skilled and I am asking for help. Here are the instructions;
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. This was a token transaction sent on Binance’s BSC chain. The BSC chain was created by Binance and is not widely accepted by other exchanges and crypto platforms. At this time, like the majority of crypto platforms, our wallet does not support BSC or tokens on BSC.
Though it is an entirely separate blockchain from Ethereum, BSC uses the same addresses as Ethereum; every USDT(ETH) address also exists on the BSC network. This can easily cause a lot of confusion, and this is why you were able to send this transaction to the USDT(ETH) address from your wallet; the transaction was not sent on the Ethereum network, but rather was sent to that address on the BSC chain. Although the Blockchain.com Wallet does not currently support the BSC chain, I’ll be happy to help you attempt to recover your funds.
Just as each ETH address exists on BSC, each ETH address’s associated private key is also the private key of the equivalent BSC address.
To access tokens on the BSC network sent to your Blockchain.com Wallet’s ETH address, you will need to export the ETH private key from your Blockchain.com Wallet and import it into a third-party wallet that supports the BSC chain and the token in question. This export functionality is only available in the web wallet. Once you are logged in, please follow these steps:
- Select Wallets & Addresses from the settings menu in the top-right corner.
- Click the Ether tab near the top of the page.
- Read the warning message, then click Show to view your private key.
For help with importing your private key into a third-party wallet that supports BSC, please contact the third party wallet’s support team directly. Unfortunately, Blockchain.com is unable to provide support for third-party wallets, and we cannot be responsible for their safety, security, or functionality.
Kind regards,
-

@goranmk you have to export your blockchain.com private keys as they instructed you above and import private keys in Trust wallet.
After getting the private key, open the Trust Wallet app > settings > wallets > + button on the top right corner > i already have a wallet > Smart Chain > import the private key
After importing you’ll be able to access your funds.
Dear @alan47 I did as you advice and nothing has been happening. Any other instructions if you can Sir.
Regards,
@goranmk the import wallet on trust wallet should be identical to that of blockchain.com used to receive USDT.
Dear @alan47 it is really strange for me to try to solve this and I am facing problems. I do as you advise me. I copy the USDT wallet from Blockchain and when I want to import it on the Trust wallet there is no option for that and makes me confused.
Please see the pic.
@goranmk refer my instructions please.
Follow the guide from blockchain.com on how to export their private key.
After getting the private key, open the Trust Wallet app > settings > wallets > + button on the top right corner > i already have a wallet > Smart Chain > import the private key
This is a guide on how to import private keys: How to Import a Wallet via Private Key
After importing, your blockchain.com address used to receive USDT by mistake should be identical to your Smart Chain address.
Dear @Alan47 it is a big respect for your explanation but still, I can not import funds it is only importing Smart Chain but no amount reflect on my side. Can you give me more info on where I might make mistake?
