Hi jenny i need your help, i transfer my xrp token from other wallet to trust wallet but i did not receive the exact amount in missing 20 xrp… I already send e mails on support trust with the the following images yet no response. This is my first time doing transaction here and this happen already how sad it is

Hello @Hjtrust There is a 20 XRP fee required in order to activate an XRP wallet. This is set by the XRP network and not by the app.

The start up fee used to be 10 XRP but it’s now 20XRP that are held in the wallet forever.
