Greetings. I have been having issues with both MoonPay and Simplex over my identity. I made the mistake of putting my new Florida address information but still have a PA license. Both now block me from executing any trades. I got a new FL license but I cannot figure out a way to start the process from scratch. Feedback is welcome! Thanks.

Yup. Thanks. Getting either to assist has been very difficult if not impossible.
