My transaction was successfully sent to my trustwallet and in my history in trustwallet reflect recieved, but my trustwallet is zero.

@Alijandrew09 Trust wallet can not return, refund or cancel confirmed transactions on the blockchain.

I have the same problem, its been 7 days and yet my trust have zero balance. The transactioarrived and on comfirmed successful delivery. I can see the coins deposited in my wallet but zero balance. Is this a common problem with eGLD?

@AJShaz Can you please switch your internet then try reimporting your wallet after.

I have the same issues here what is going on I need my fund, is trust wallet trying to scam people because this is a fraudulent act how can bitcoin be sent to my wallet and itā€™s even completed on blockchain but I still havenā€™t received my funds and I have the transaction in my history showing that the coin was transferred to my trust wallet

@Enofua001 Please read some of my responses above, you can try importing to another device, or delete the app and reinstall (ensure your wallet is backed up first). Also you can switch your internet then reimport after. These troubleshooting steps mostly resolves the issue.

I have changed to new network, reinstalled app, refreshed,
still nothing.
Why am I having this issue?

@Gigi1 You received your USDT, check that you have the correct token added on the right network.

@tobi, I have the usdt Bep20, nothing has changed. What do you mean by right token on correct network. Token and network hasnā€™t changed. It was fine yesterday.
What should it be. Please advise :pray: the token and network youā€™re advising me to use.

@Gigi1 You need to add USDT on the smartchain network or BEP20 network.

@Tobi I have added it there, it is showing the usdt network/ bep20. can you let me know how. I have gone to manage crypto and activated it. I can see the transaction on my network. It is just the balance not showing. It was showing yesterday

@Gigi1 Can you check if your app is up to date first. If it is, reimport your wallet and see if that helps.

I have the same issue. Reinstalled app, cleared cache but my balance is still zero although funds confirmed in history.

@Morlymo Iā€™ll suggest switching your internet connection and then reimporting your wallet again.
