I had the same issue. I tried submitting a ticket twice but was prompted to a log in page after clicking ā€œSubmit.ā€ I didnā€™t get any email confirmation that the ticket was received on their end so Iā€™m not sure if they even went thru.

As a last resort, I just directly emailed support with the complete details/attachments of my issue 2 days ago. I have yet to hear back from them.

Please download the .EML file of that email and submit a ticket regarding it at support.trustwallet.com for it to be taken down.

You can send the ticket ID here after so I can escalate, thanks.

I staked ETH in Trust Wallet some months ago. 4 days ago I unstaked it, but the status is still ā€œPendingā€ and ā€œRemaining: 0 hoursā€.
What is the cause of this? Why my ETH isnā€™t still available for me?

Hey Tobi pls how can you help me, my life is on fire right now, I unstaked my locked token 6 days ago and it is still showing pending. How can it be available, I have been running from home because my landlord is disturbing me. I www supposed to pay my rent August which was the reason for the locked token. I beg how can you help me

@slony There is a lock time for tokens to be unstaked depending on which you have staked. Iā€™d suggest you check that to know how long till your tokens are available.

Today I could claim back my ETH assets from Kiln stake using Trust Wallet. So the real lock time for unstaking is more than 4 days (in my case it is 6 days).
