I am having a similar problem but with usdc on Bep20. I am not able to see them in my wallet despite adding as a manual token. I would also like to message the moderators directly for a more sensitive issue but I do not have the correct level yet. @JennyMillan would you be able to advise?
Hello @Nkshot2 To better assist, please send the following information:
Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)
I have lost some usdc from my trust wallet. here is a transaction showing it has been sent to BSC Token Hub. I think this is something to do with chain swapping from BEP2 to BEP20 but I can not work out why I can’t see the 969 USDC in my wallet. The details are below:
The transaction hash is 0x79af4b447566779ddbc2b0e4f72af13576f9e93c0d62b0dee8df59d6bd1b7435
App version is 3.2
@Nkshot2 your funds are currently in your BEP2 add
(bnb1hprvne4a5efk2ge3uyz9s400q6fmurud2xgqeq).
To be able to view them tap on top right corner and search USD Coin then switch on USD Coin BEP2 manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin
Thanks for the reply. I have already added this coin but can not see the correct amount. Only 476 usdc. This is from a separate transaction. The transaction above is for 966.
