Purchased some ripple from bucha network today

Hi, I purchased some ripple from bucha network today and deposited it unto my TW.
Trust wallet shows that I have not received the amount and my balance is not updated. i have waited for hours already. I am getting worried I will provide ny wallet and transaction info here hopefully you can help me sol

Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I have not received any transaction since but the person that sent the ripple made a screenshot of payment showing that the transaction was successful but my account has not received any coin
