Hi, i bought ethereum with ramp in trust wallet app, and still did not receive ethereum, all i got from them was confirmation code on email, my bank account was charged, but i did not receive any receipt or transaction id, i got verified with them a week ago and made already a transaction which was successful, but this one is bigger in amount and already passes couple hours and i’m still waiting, what might be the problem that it is taking so much time?
Hello @Oroles buying crypto feature in Trust Wallet is provided by 3rd party providers not Trust Wallet, probably they run out of stock. You can contact them from here: List of Cryptocurrency Providers
