Continuing the discussion from [Missing funds ( my Ethereum I sent to my trust wallet is missing.

Hello Trust Wallet Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing now to report an Incident that was caused in my trust wallet app on November 16, 2024. There was an unexpected full deduction of my BALANCE amount of 1083.13592 USDT( screenshots here unable to attach in jpeg or png files) to the Biance Mining pool.

1.I need to know first how without my approval biance mining pool can deduct usdt for the above the above said amount from my trust wallet and while I opened the trust wallet on Nov 16 ,2024 All my balance usdt seems disappeared.Need answers from you for this sudden incident.

2.If it is a Fraud,I would like to know how we can recover my lost usdt amount back to my trust wallet.

2.Also the same said amount I am also seeing as locked balance in the biance mining pool.(Attached Screen shot).

Now they said the mining is over on Nov 27th,2024 and there is a threat finding on trust wallet in order to return the said amount with profits to my trust wallet i must deposit again deposIt 500usdt.What threat they are telling?My trust wallet seems properly working.How can i get my funds back?

I need your earliest support on this matter.

@dkk033 It appears you have used a scam website claiming to be Binance pool.
Unfortunately your tokens are most likely gone, please do not use the compromised wallet again or pay a fee to anyone as it’s a scam.
Also create a new wallet and ensure to follow good security practices.

Hello, Also I would like to know how we can create a ticket for this incident with the Trust Wallet app. In the app trust wallet support section, it couldn’t see any option to create a ticket with attachments for incidents like this. Can you guide on this? The ticket-making screen is not seen in the support section as well.Thanks.
