Hí i would like to take outx. Money from trust wallet. I have xrp, cosmos and vechain cryptos. How can i take Ou amd send to my bank account? Or cam i swap everything to bitcoin somehow?

The app is only able to do crypto to crypto transactions. You need to send your crypto to a third party exchanger to cash out.

So where i have to Exchange my cryptos and how? Can you help and Tell me how?

You can choose to use an exchange like Binance, send your tokens there only if they are supported and then withdraw to your Bank account as Fiat.
