Shiba Inu BEP20 wrong choice network in Binance

I transfer Shiba Inu Binance to Trust walley and i choose BEP20, now i cant swap it to ERC20, How can i swap Shiba Inu(BEP20) to Shiba Inu(ERC20) i cant find Shiba Inu(BEP20) in trust wallet DEX (swap) any solutions by now? Appreciate you helpsl! Thanks
