Transaction is missing, Polkadot BEP20

I sent a transaction from binance to the trustwallet, the transaction was marked as settled but unfortunately the funds sent do not appear in the wallet. I did everything according to the manual on the binance page, I sent POLKADOT to SMARTCHAIN and unfortunately it does not appear in my wallet … What should I do?

Hi @btym2233,

Please tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for Polkadot, and enable the one with BEP20. You can also follow this guide: How to Add or Remove a Coin

Can anyone help purchased BNB from Moonpay, on transaction its showing as delivered but in trustwallet its showing 0 balance. Also contacted Trust wallet by email but still have had no reply it been a week. Not sure what I can do next.

You should create a new post since you have a different problem. Include screenshots, transaction Hash, wallet address etc.
