The transfer was successful, but the funds did not arrive. Could I have made a mistake in choosing erc 20 and trc20 and what should I do?

@Danterock You need to confirm from the sending wallet what chain you sent on.

Thanks, Tobi! My question has to do with BIP-39 seed words/phrases. When I sent my BTC from Gemini to Trust Wallet, TW generated a 12-word phrase. One of those words is a three-letter word, which concerned me because my understanding is that the first four letters are required for recovery purposes. Is a three-letter word legitimate? Thanks in advance.
