It’s been frozen for a little under 6 months, and I have not received any help from the telegram support and I have not received an email back from trust wallet

  1. ⁠Update your Trust wallet app

  2. ⁠Your Crypto address. ( Click on receive near to send option. Take a screenshot, Attach It here)

  3. ⁠Transaction Hash / ID ( write down, If you have any)

  4. ⁠Screenshot from the wallet. (Errors, Balance aren’t displaying etc.)

  5. ⁠Explanation of your Issue. (Ignore, If already did)

Hello @Kiana82 You have to stake whole amount frozen TRX and wait for 3 days then unstake unstake, they’ll be available. Make sure you have some non-frozen TRX for fees.
