Someone transferred USDT (ERC20) to me but not recieved he gif telling me is successful. How can I find out where my USDT went to? Do you hold transaction it has been long i want to now the main problem.

@Aliyusidi You can request for the chain they sent on and also the transaction hash from the sender.

@Paul102 You can import your wallet to another decentralized wallet and access your funds there if troubleshooting doesn’t work on your Trust app.

@Deiker Please check your transaction history on the explorer.
You received TRX then you paid fees for a USDT swap approval.
Your tokens are not missing.

In this transaction I only received TRX, I don’t understand what USDT has to do with it, the transaction states that I paid a commission of 1 TRX

@Deiker You received TRX, but if you look at the recent transaction it says you approved a token for swap which is USDT.

@Puseletso I’m not sure i fully understand what you mean, if your tokens are not shown but are in your wallet, then please do a reimport of your wallet.

@Riyade Can you please check first on the explorer if your tokens are in your wallet and if they are, try switching your internet connection and reimport your wallet after.

Hello tobi yesterday i told u my balance in a token shows 0 then i waited hours and it showed today is the same thing it’s showing 0 again is there a problem in the app or what all the token showing balance exept for this and i didn’t withdraw or send it or did anything

@Riyade That could happen due to probably a network error on your device, your tokens are safe but you can always check the explorer to see if your tokens are there or not.
