USDT Not received - Trust showed incoming transaction

Hi guys ,

I sent usdt from Swyft to binance tether PEG -USDT BEP20

It showed that transaction was incoming but never arrived.

Is there a way to recover this or have it received??

Please help

Hi @Witteveen,

You received a USDT (ERC20), not a BEP20 token.

To access it, tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for USDT, and enable the one with ERC20. You can also follow this guide: How to Add or Remove a Coin

Mate you are amazing for some reason I had the erc20 toggled off so I couldn’t see it… thanks!
