Unable to Withdraw VSF to CoinBene

I transferred my VSF to CoinBene over 24hrs ago but it did not transfer. CoinBene support is saying that the sender platform needs to update their VSF so please let me know what can be done to retrieve this.

Hi Zachwei,
I sent VSF from my trust wallet to CoinBene, CoinBene is saying it is because it is the old VSF address. If that is the case how are customers supposed to know? i have transferred VSF before and never had an issue. Please let me know what TRUST can do as now i am not sure what needs to be done. I have contacted CoinBene but I want to know what Trust can do and I want to make sure this does not happen again.

It seems they have indeed performed a token swap.
At this point, we cannot do anything as this is something we do not have control over with.
This is your funds and your sole responsibility to manage them.

What we could recommend is to check with the VSF team if they can still credit you for your old tokens that was not swapped.
