Wrong adress TWT/BNB

Hi guys,

i accidentally sent TWT from binance to BNB’s receiving address in trust wallet. Is there any way to undo this or get the TWTs back. ? Please help me

Hello @Antos,

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. BNB and Smart Chain wallet address in the Trust Wallet app (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
  3. Transaction hash or link that was provided by Binance
  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

You have withdrawn TWT (BEP2), not TWT (BEP20).

To access it, tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for TWT, and enable the one with BEP2. You can also follow this guide: How to Add or Remove a Coin

I got back all my TWT and i had to switched them to smart chain.
