Hello, I sent xrp from Coinbase. Coinbase said the transaction was successful, but I do not see it.

Hi @Alan47 . I’ve faced the same issue here.
Below is the xrp address plus the required screenshots, I also have to mention that I’ve already tried re-importing the wallet but it changed nothing.

@amirrezaRTX what balance does app displays now. I see you have XRP balance on explorer.
Can you send screenshot now? I have enabled it for you.

You can also try to use VPN and refresh your balance.

I’ve already tried that. Nothing happened. Also re-imported the wallet for twice or so, still nothing.

Have you tried different locations on VPN or different VPN applications? If not it’s better to try that.

I usually don’t use VPN much but even when I did, it changed nothing.
Isn’t there any other solutions?

Here is the info, also as you can see I never transferred any XRP out of the account but on XRP scan it said it was sent to a different address after? I see a couple people are having the same issue too

See that’s the issue, I didn’t transfer it to another address, I haven’t even touched it. You would’ve seen the transfer history in trust wallet, another guy in this forum had the same issue, I think it has to do with the 10xrp activation, your system is somehow taking the 10xrp then sending it somewhere else without my permission

@Jacobkhoe1 Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
