0 BNB received in trust wallet after transfer of 3500 Harmony ONE on Pancake swap

Hello, I transferred 3500 Harmony ONE for 0.322 BNB ON PANCAKE SWAP.
The Transaction was successful and i no longer have my 3500 Harmony ONE however the value of BNB is showing as $0.00.
Can you explain this and how i can retrieve it?

  1. Trust Wallet app version (I updated it to the latest version 7.12 to try and refresh it – it was not 7.12 when I made the transaction however)

Hello @Peter22, after checking your wallet address on the BSC explorer, i can see your swap was successful and you have already received your BNB.

Hi,

I have a similar issue.
I had brought a the ‘Injection Protocol’ using BNB but it never came through.
I found information saying that I need to send 2 BNB to an address and it will refund me instantly.
I tested it with sending 0.05 BNB and I got it back.
I then sent 2 BNB and its not came back and its been more than a day.

  1. Trust wallet version is 8.8
    2 Crypto wallet address is 0x2e84c7FcB17B69a1C33e944373a0D0099E04e1A9

  3. Further details about my issue. I transferred 2 BNB to an address which sends me the BNB back. But it never came back.

I had sent BNB to a coin. Can you see if I am still able to receive the coin please?

If I have lost the BNB then does that mean I also lost the payment for the coin I tried to buy too?

The information I got to send the BNB was from an article.
I couldn’t find it when I was looking for it but have a screen shot of it.

No , you can’t get it back , someone stole your whole 12 words or you did share it with somebody . or gave them to a mining scam site. . please read the whole article .

we can’t help you , it’s the blockchain there is no reverse transaction .

You can see it clearly in the transaction hash i sent also.

i understand that this is what the bsc scan shows, but how do you explain that the portfolio remained with the same amount of bnb as before this sale???
it’s not normal for something like this to happen to me
