Hello. I have backed up my trust wallet to my second phone (both ios). The first wallet seems ok. The second wallet, does not show the option to “send, receive, buy” at the top of the homepage when wallet opens. 2nd wallet also has a permanent search bar at the top of the page. 2nd wallet only shows my BNB holdings, and not my other assets, if i search for another asset, it does not even recognise it, let alone show my holdings? Both phones have up to date ios, and most recent update for trust wallet.
To better assist, please provide us the following information for the 2nd wallet:
- Trust Wallet app version (go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
- Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)
- Video recording of the issue (optional, but that would be very helpful in troubleshooting)
It appears it in an issue with the 2nd phone, it will not update to the latest version of the wallet, its because the phone is old i think. Hmmm. Thanks for the support.
