8PAY token not showing balance

I purchased 8PAY yesterday using Pancake swap…the transaction was successful however the balance does not reflect on my trust wallet. I have added the token onto the wallet but still missing my crypto. Please can you assist?

Hello @Jase73 To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hi @Jase73, since you bought via pancakeswap, then your token would be on the BEP20 network.
Can you try adding it again as a custom token on the BEP20 network.

Hi Jenny .thanks…I have tried a couple of times to do that…then my balance goes completely out…showing I have 91 billion dollars…if only ! Just not sure what else to do to correct reflect the balance of what I own in 8PAY…
