After 4 days of withdrawal from my account, no one cares about me in Trust wallet

I had a problem with withdrawing my Tether, an error [ Out of Energy ]and I referred to the Trust Wallet Telegram group, but no one helped me. Someone approached me and claimed that my problem would be solved by doing this. He sent me a link:
