I broke my screen and my device was factory reset but I still have the device, can I get the screen fixed reboot the phone and install the app and have access to the wallet on that same device?
I am having issues finding my recovery phrase and keys but need to access my account. I have emailed support and no reply. I am desperate.
Hello @nregard the only way to access your wallet is through wallet recovery. If you didn’t backup before, it is impossible to recover your wallet. Read more: Lost Recovery Phrase or Private Key
Hello yesterday i did swap on quickswap for shiba inu but until now i cant see the funds in my wallet idid re install the app and re import the wallet but nothing changed
