BEP sent to ERC20

Hello. Appreciate any input you can provide. Thank you in advance.

So…
I’ve been around little while but am still susceptible to my imperfect humanity.

I sent 190Q VoltInu to my trust wallet, however I mistakenly sent to the ERC20 addy instead the BEP addy.
I understand the finality of crypto and token transactions but I’ve heard that in some cases there can be a simple transfer when this kind of thing happens. The tokens are there in trust wallet, just in limbo or send.
Attached are some pics that were requested by trust support.
