Bitcoin still in pending

Hi there i have an issue with a transaction that i have made to a friends wallet all the transactions went through fine except for one which is still showing as pending on my wallet app i have checked both my wallet and his using the all the transactions were made with bitcoins BTC.

I checked both my wallet transactions and his using the link provided in your tutorials and on both accounts all but this missing pending one are showing.

I would like to get get help on this as my friend has said the funds have been returned to me but they haven’t i this transaction is still in pending.

I tried to upload some screenshot’s but i keep getting errors about .png &. Jpeg uploads mmm i have looked on explorer but it just says it can’t find the transaction.

Any help or advice is really appreciated

@Timski08 Did you make note of your balance after that transfer ? Because the transaction is invalid but you most likely already sent out in subsequent transactions you did.

Good day Tobi

Is there a thing called upgrading your Trustwallet account to receive large amounts?
Someone sent me money and it shows confirmed and successful at their side but It is not showing on my side at all.
Apparently I need to upgrade my account by paying $1500 before the money will be released to me.
Is this correct?

@Karien That’s wrong and Trust wallet doesn’t charge such or even have anything like that. Please beware of scams.

@Karien You would need to contact the customer support team via support.trustwallet.com and wait for a response.
I personally do not communicate via email or private chats.

Yes that’s correct I brought the coins to send him some money so I brought them in batches and sent them over to him once he confirmed he had it I send another lot so each time the balance was set back to zero

@Timski08 You need to check through your balance history as your tokens are complete and confirmed.

Is this true or a scam?

@Karien That’s a scam. Trust wallet does not send such emails. Please block and report.
