Within 24 hours, I charged two of my wallets with 1.5 BNB each in BNB currency and invested in Dapp bnbmatrix. But less than 24 hours ago, I came across the message at the end of pool 1 of this dapp! Now, despite the activation of pool number 2 of this dapp, my assets have not been found and according to the bnbmatrix support that the assets are being transferred, they have not been transferred yet and no one is responsible! what should I do ? please guide me.
