BNB not received in wallet from Binance

Same issue here. I withdraw USDT (binance) to Smartchain BEP20 (trust wallet). Binance says it was success but haven’t receive anything in my trust wallet. Please help me. Thank you.

I’m have the same problem too… i sent mine since 1hr ago. I serious not happy here

I have a similar problem. For me, the coin was delivered but after about a minute, All my BNB became zero. Im really freaked out. Now my BNB wallet still says ZERO and I don’t know what to do.

I saw the 0.1 bnb received as a pop up notification at the top of my phone but when i open my wallet itself i didn’t see my 0.1bnb there…should I update my trust wallet ? Am currently using version 1.19.23 …I need a guide so I won’t be causing more problem on the app.

When you sent out your BNB, did you use a memo or not?
If you didn’t use the right memo then you need to contact the Crypto.com team to assist with crediting your deposit.

I used the memo, thats why iam wondering what happened with my transaction.
If you look at the screenshot i sent you, the memo is the correct one!

@JennyMillan No - i don’t. The tokens never appeared in my trust wallet after they went to the BSC: Token Hub. Any ideas on next steps?

@billy_breathes you already received your funds and transferred out to another address, if you don’t recognize transaction, Here are the possible reasons for unauthorized transaction:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
