Bnb staking ,unstaking options not availble

Since yesterday i am not able to see staking or unstaking options , in the screen appears a message …not available. The staking interest rate seems to be 0%

Since 31th august i have in staking 5 bnb in TW delegator. Two days so far i stopped receiving the reward. The option stake detas show that interest rate is 0%. The options stake , unstake, redelagate when you try to use them shows the message …not available
The trust wallet version is 1.30.25

There is no option in mobile app for attaching files .
Today i completed the new android update. Now i have the 1.31 version.

Is it normal for me to see on the application… apr 0%.??? I told you in previous message that in 31th of aaugust i stake my 5bnb in TW delegator.
The options now are INACTIVE . HYPOTHETICLY IF I WANT TODAY TO GIVE AN ORDER TO THE DELEGATOR TO UNSTAKE MY BNB IN ORDER TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT FREE IN SEVEN DAYS FROM NOW, THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE. IS OUT OF FUNCTION. IF I WANT TO REDELEGATE THIS OPTION ALSO IS OUT OF FUNCTION. THE PROBLEM STARTET ABOUT THREE DAYS AGO.

I am sorry for the caps ,i post this reply while i am in office and it’s faster for me to write on caps.

Already you have sent your BNB address, we would still need your app version and screenshots of this error.

Hi,

I am also facing same issue in my Trust wallet app. Since last week Unstaking/Staking options options are not available. On BNB screen I can see 11 BNB are staked. When I click More (3 dots) and select Unstake or Stake it show message as “Not Available”.

My Adroid App Version: 1.33

Hi guys, can you both try updating your Trust app to the recent version and see if this issue still persists.

@JennyMillan I have latest Android Trust Wallet version 1.33 I am still facing the same issue.

“Not available” message shows up when I try to Unstack BNB.

After the update and then unistall and install again the new version the problem solved

Hi @Amol
Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling then try making the swap again.
Also before uninstalling, ensure you backup your wallet first.

@JennyMillan tried uninstalling and reinstalling latest version of Trust Wallet and it worked. Problem solved. Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:
