BNB to Smart chain fee deducted

I tried converting my BNB to Smartchain twice and my fees deducted but transaction didn’t happen and returned to me. It happened yesterday when there were technical problems. I don’t want to convert it again to get more fee deduction.

Will it get refunded?

Same issue, following for answer. I’m not even sure what the fees are just buying bnb was almost a 10% fee then the swap took off almost 5% for smartchain and I didn’t get my smart chain either it’s crazy
