BNB token missing

Hi, i deposited BNB from Altcointrader to my Trust wallet and it still reflects as zero 24 hrs later.
The TXID is : 0x446bfaa0c5aa849bbee590e1cb8cd1e021172fe8a3dfdcea71453537b3cc1d55

I do swap BNB to BSC and then i missing both of them. What should i do… Please help me
