BNB unstaking problem! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I need help. I removed my 1.13 BNB from staking, but I can’t unlock it. It has been more than 7 days since the unstaking request. The waiting period has ended, but the time is reset and the count is reset every 60 minutes

I did not get any response from the Trust wallet costumer service.

I need BNBs, please unlock them!

Hey There. I have the almost same situation I pressed unstake. Waiting time still not reached but I need to know did you solved your problem ?
