Looks like you used the mainnet of Ambrosus, not the Ethereum network (as stated in the notice below the QR code send only Amber Token ERC20). It is not supported in the Trust Wallet app.

You need to import your wallet (get the recovery phrase) to a supported one like Metamask: How to: Connect to AMB-NET with MetaMask | by Vlad Trifa | Medium
