Bought matic but not displaying

can someone help me,

bought matic, but not all is shown in trust wallet, also not shown in poocoin

@Knethje provide all details asked above please, with transaction hash and address in plain text (copy and paste).

I had the same issue. What i was told too do was to add it as a custom token, but the this is there are two MATIC available. When you see MATIC, you have to add the one that says “ERC-20”. I had added the one that just said “Polygon MATIC”. I didn’t pay close enough attention to see that there are two different MATIC’s. Hope this helps. It helped me. Just a question. Can you see your transaction on etherscandotio? If you can then i think that you may have run into the same problem that i did.
