BTC Address Changes from Time Sent, to Arrival in Wallet

Sent BTC twice to same individual’s wallet. Double checked and used current wallet address both times. Address seems to change without notice so always confirm most current address before sending.

Blockchain shows delivered to wallet address, however recipient claims did not actually see in the wallets?

Trying to figure out what is happening??? Seems checking and using most current address is our most prudent effort to ensure proper delivery, yes?

What can I do to ensure that the bitcoins are actually delivered into the wallet, rather the just showing that it delivered to address, but did not arrive into the actual wallet available for use?

How can I recover the bitcoins sent, but not actually delivered?

@PFranssen The blockchain explorer has all information you need regarding a transaction, you can always confirm if an address has received a transfer or not by checking the address on the explorer.
