Can’t send out my bitcoin it keep saying something went wrong try again later please how can you help me with it I really need to send the funds out

I cannot send or stake claim on my ADA or anything someone please help. I also dont think I am making tickets, when I go to sumbit aticket it tells me to log in but i cannot log in anywhere and reset password, i dont get an email for. I do not know what to do

@Cmoney14 Please open a support ticket through your Trust wallet app or at support.trustwallet.com
If you see a login screen after clicking Submit, just refresh the page and submit agin.
To reduce response times from customer support, please include the following info in the ticket:
App version, device model, wallet address, TX hash (if available), and the blockchain + assets you’re experiencing the issue with, and any relevant screenshots or videos to duplicate the error

@Littlemighty108 You probably have a watch only wallet, you need to import your wallet’s recovery words.

@tobi i cant send out of my account even though my balance can cover the charges. can u please advice
says i dont have enough to cover network fee even though my balance can cover both the fee and value
@sai3187 The error would usually state the exact token you need to cover the gas fees so you’d need to deposit that specific token (mostly just a little amount)

@Tobi i do have a balance of 86 and trying to send a total of 23 ( with charges ). Tried to upload an image here but wasnt successful
@sai3187 You have just USDT from your screenshot.
There is a difference between USDT and TRX.
Your USDT is on the TRON network (TRC20) also called TRX.
You need TRON (TRX) to cover gas fees for transactions on the TRC20 chain. It doesn’t matter the amount of USDT you have, you can’t pay the gas fee from that, you still need to have TRON.

@the point is i have more than enough to cover the fee, i also tried to send $1 and got the same message. The balance should cover the gas right ?
