Upon checking, most of your frozen TRX are not voted to a validator, leading to an error: TRONSCAN | TRON BlockChain Explorer | 波场区块链浏览器
To fix this issue, follow this procedure:
- Add more TRX to your wallet, since you have 0.635 available (at least 5 TRX would do)
- Re-stake the balance again, enter 58 TRX as the amount
- Wait for 3 days
- Then you can unstake afterwards

Hello, I have a similar unstaking issue (can’t unstake after 3 days dialogue box message). I understand from others that I may need to add some more TRX to be able to unstake. Can you assist please and perhaps let me know some specifics

i did same, had about 300 trx frozen, than i added around 600 trx, waited for 4 days and still can’t unstake all of them! all of them still frozen!

Hi I have a similar issue.
I have contacted support 3 times over the past 2 months regarding this and never get a reply (just an automated email).
When checking staking details for TRX, whilst my funds show as frozen, there are zero TRX stacked, pending etc.
When I try to un-stake or claim rewards I get ‘not available’
I am concerned that for the past approx. 6 months these funds have been ‘staked’ that there has been an error and they haven’t been stacked at all.
