Cannot import ETH wallet

Hi,

I have followed the steps here but I keep getting the error “Cannot import wallet ‘Invalid mnemonic phrase’ error”. I know the mnemonic phrase is right because when I use the exact same (using a QR) on a different wallet software, it imports the wallet without issues, it is only failing on Trust.

What can I do?

If the wallet you want to import is eth

Choose eth wallet before you proceed dont choose multi coin

When importing make sure the phrase is in small letters and is well arrange and well spelled

Try to import it as an ETH wallet instead of multi-coin (as mentioned by @Bigialo).
