Cannot send USDT (BEP20) to Kucoin

Hello,

I am new in the world of crypto and need help.

I live in The Netherlands and earned USDT (BEP20). I want to exchange this into Euro’s and have it in my Dutch bank account.
I kniw the way.
But i cannot send USDT (BEP20) from Trustwallet to Cucoin also USDT (BEP20).

I tried a few times but it doesn’t work but it is costing gassing fee everytime.

It says the following:

Although one or more Error Occurred [execution reverted] Contract Execution Completed

I read the following:

Some crypto exchanges (such as Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, etc) use smart contracts to facilitate deposits of certain tokens. If you’re encountering an [execution reverted] error when depositing to an exchange, please consider reaching out to the exchange support team’s for assistance.

Please help me.

How can this be solved?

@KittyxxxCat I could suggest you swap your USDT to BNB in your Trust app and then send out BNB to the exchange.

And for me it’s not awkward but frustrating.

Someone helped me allready a lot because there are so many bumps. This is just one of them.

I follow every step i need to take and still this error :
“Although one or more Error Occurred [execution reverted] Contract Execution Completed”

Just need to know the way to fix this
