Cannot unstake TRON (TRX)

Hello,

I would like to know how can I unstake my TRON. I realized I messed up because I choose to stake everything and now I have 0 TRON available. I want to know the accurate amount I need to add to my wallet, and which steps I should take to unfreeze my TRON, including the amount I would need to restake.

@plshelp you have to add atleast 2 TRON and above. Just small amount for gas fee.

I have added 4 TRX (I now have 13.952 TRX), should I re-stake with an specific amount or do I just need to wait?
