Cannot unstake Tron

Hello wonderful people,

I cannot unstake my tron.

  • This is the transaction: be739808b6e4ba9345e25f21039a3a8d840ebb03597c26803ea8f7b0590a842b
  • Amount: 1,000
  • Trust wallet iPhone app version: 6.8 (681)
  • when I look at transaction history, I see it as “stake” but I don’t have any option to unstake it.

Is it because I tried to stake to two different providers on same day?
Please note that I have staked and unstaked before and I am familiar with the process. I have never seen any issue like this before tho.

Please help.

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here.)

  3. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

@Jonathan2 @maxeordea Send your wallet address and transaction hash in plain text (copy and paste here). Also screenshot of the staking screen.
