Can't get past passcode

App version 5.37, on android phone. I recently changed phones, now Trustwallet is requesting 6 digit passcode.

I can’t get past this screen, even if I try to create a new wallet. I have my seed phrase, but cannot get into the app at all.

How do I get past this 6 digit passcode so that I can restore my wallet?

Tried to submit support ticket but was told captcha verification failed, despite captcha giving me green checkmark.


Hello @Pavcorp1 If you just installed the app and is asking for passcode, it is new passcode you have to set not the passcode from the old phone.
